Study on the Character Behavior in the Connotative Structure of The Lame Should Go Ahead

本文从奥康纳的小说《瘸子应该先进去》中嵌入的耶稣受试探的结构模式入手,来分析这一结构模式在小说中的具体体现,并试图探索这一结构中人物之间的错位关系及这种关系与相应人物的摹仿意识的联系,分析这种摹仿意识体现出的自我认识与信仰状态,由此进一步探讨作者对信仰的思考。

The paper analyzes the temptation mode for Jesus which embedded in the novel The Lame Should Go Ahead by Flannery O’Connor,to explore the dislocation relation between characters and their imitation consciousness in the relation and futher to find their self-awareness and belief state in the imitation consciousness.Finally the paper analyzes the author's cogitation about faith.
