中小学班主任与学生家长互动关系问题研究——以阳城县四所学校为例 被引量:4

摘要 班主任与学生家长的互动工作是家校互动的重要组成部分,不但可以提升班主任工作的时效性,也可以促进学生综合素质的提高。通过对阳城县第三中学、阳城县北留中学、阳城县下孔小学、阳城县实验小学四所学校的班主任和学生家长进行抽样调查,分析中小学班主任与学生家长互动情况的数据,进而归纳出他们之间由于传统和现实的因素,在互动关系中存在一些问题。可以通过提高学生家长综合素质,加强班主任服务意识,完善相关教育部门的互动机制,来营造平等的互动氛围,达到良好的互动效果。 The interaction between headmaster and the parents is an important part of the home-school interaction.It can improve teachers’effectiveness and promote students'all-around development.The paper conducets a sample survey in headmasters and the parents of students in four schools in Yangcheng,which are Yangcheng Third Middle School,Yangcheng BeiLiu Middle School,Yangcheng XiaKong Primary School and Yangcheng Experimental Primary School.Because of factors of tradition and reality,we analyzed the data of the communication situation in schools between the headmasters and parents,and found that there are some problems in the interaction.Improving the parents’comprehensive quality,strengthening the headmasters’service awareness,completing the relevant interactive mechanism by education departments and building an interactive atmosphere of equality can achieve a good interaction effect.
