降钙素原检测在小儿呼吸道感染抗生素治疗中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对降钙素原(PCT)检测在小儿呼吸道感染抗生素治疗中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取我院收治的60例呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各30例,对照组行常规抗生素治疗,观察组行降钙素原检测后予以抗生素治疗。观察2组症状消失时间、临床疗效、抗生素使用时间、使用率及治疗时间、PCT指标并进行对比。结果观察组呼吸道感染患儿经治疗后的临床症状消失时间与对照组对比无显著差异(P>0.05),总好转率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但抗生素使用率、抗生素使用时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组呼吸道感染患儿经治疗后24 h后的PCT与治疗前比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原检测在小儿呼吸道感染抗生素治疗中的应用效果显著,临床中可依据降钙素原检测结果制定医疗方案。 respiratory infection.Methods60cases of children with respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital as the research object of this(October17,2016to March17,2017),it based on the principles of computer random grouping,divided into control group and observation group,2group of30cases of respiratory infection in children with the control group on the basis of conventional antibiotic treatment in children with,detection of line of calcitonin original observation group after antibiotic treatment,observation of two groups of children with respiratory infection implement corresponding clinical symptoms disappeared after the treatment time,clinical curative effect,antibiotic use time,utilization and treatment time,and will observe group after treatment in children with PCT index is compared before and after intervention.Results the observation group of children with respiratory tract infection after treatment of clinical symptoms disappear time there was no significant difference compared with control group,P>0.05,the total,the there was no significant difference with control group,P>0.05,but antibiotics usage,antibiotic use time,were superior to control group,P<0.05,and the observation group of children with respiratory tract infection after24h after treatment of PCT than before treatment with significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Calcitonin original detection in the diagnosis of pediatric respiratory infections antibiotic treatment effect significantly,can according to clinical calcitonin original medical test results,and it can be as a powerful reason to determine infantile respiratory tract infection,is worth popularizing in clinical implementation.
