宝鸡市某三甲医院业务收入全增量因素分析

Analysis on the incremental factors of business income of a Sanjia hospital in Baoji city

目的通过对医院业务收入影响因素的动态研究,为医院科学调控收入结构提供理论依据。方法采用多元函数全增量因素分析法,对2015年、2016年度医院住院业务和门诊业务收入进行回顾性统计分析。结果门诊就诊人次增加是门诊业务收入增长的主要原因;住院人次和出院者平均日费用增加是住院业务收入增长的主要原因。结论医院通过门诊人次和住院人次的增加来提高业务收入,且出院者平均住院日有所缩短,说明医院业务收入基本合理,且整体处于较好的发展态势。同时,应进一步做好患者不合理费用的控制,使业务收入更加合理。

Objective Through the dynamic research on the influencing factors of hospital business income,it provides the theoretical basis for the scientific regulation of income structure.Methods The comprehensive analysis of the income of the hospital hospital and the outpatient service in2015and2016was carried out by using the incremental factor analysis method of multivariate function.Results The increase in outpatient visits is the main reason for the increase in outpatient business income;the increase in the average daily cost of hospitalization and discharge is the main reason for the increase in hospital income.Conclusion The hospital through the number of outpatient visits and hospitalization increased to increase business income,and the average length of hospital discharge was reduced,indicating that the hospital business income is reasonable,and the overall in a better development trend.At the same time,should further improve the patient's unreasonable cost of control,so that business income more reasonable.
