中职本科“3+4”衔接机械类人才培养模式研究与实践

摘要 根据应用型人才培养特点,结合学校转型发展战略,构建中职本科"3+4"衔接机械类"工学融合"的"五维度"一体化人才培养模式。在此人才培养模式基础上,制订新的人才培养方案,实现人才培养过程中的无缝衔接。 A“Five-dimension”cultivation mode integrating work and study for the talents of mechanical specialties was designed to link 3 years of secondary vocational school learning and 4 years of university education on the basis of the uniqueness of application-oriented talent cultivation and universities'strategies of transitional development.Based on the mode,a new talent cultivation program was then formulated for a seamless transition between different stages in talent cultivation.
