摘要
"工学结合,校企合作"是实现高等院校高素质、技能型、应用型人才培养的必由之路。基于"校企协同,能力递进"的高校国际贸易实务课程教学模式,真正体现了校企深度合作的内涵,实现了校企合作在人才培养中的全覆盖、全程化,达成了"一技之长+综合素质"的人才培养目标。该模式要求在具体的教学实践中必须以学生为主体,发挥企业的人才培养优势,深入挖掘校企合作在国贸课程教学模式建构中的内力,进而实现学生在专业基础能力、专业关键能力、岗位核心能力三个层次上的递进。
It has been acknowledged that“Industry-education Integration and School-enterprise Cooperation”is an inevitable choice in the cultivation of application-oriented talents with high qualities and skills.Guided by the idea,a teaching mode of“capability improvement based on school-enterprise cooperation"was designed for the course of international trade practice to accomplish the cultivation goal of talents with”special skills and comprehensive qualities"by means of school-enterprise cooperation across the whole process.Such a mode requires that teaching practice has to be participated by enterprises and oriented to students to give a full play to school-enterprise cooperation in the construction of the teaching mode so as to improve learners'capabilities in the order of basic professional competence,key professional competence and core competence of certain jobs.Key words:School-enterprise Cooperation;Competence Evolution;Course of Inte
