摘要
为调查林园路菜市场蔬菜中有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的状况,采用固定化酶片法与酶抑制分光光度法检测来自林园路菜市场的25种蔬菜,共计50个样本,两种方法的检测结果基本相同,有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药检出率为100%,阳性率为4%,仅甜椒表现为阳性,结果显示林园路菜市场蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量较低,食品安全风险较低。
25 types of vegetables,50 samples in total,from Linyuan Road Market were tested with methods of immobilized enzyme tablets and enzyme inhibition spectrophotometry respectively for organophosphorous and carbamate pesticide residue.The 2 methods showed basically the same result,that is,100%of the samples were found to have residues of the above pesticide but only pimiento,4%of the total tested 25 types of vegetables,was found to be positive,which indicated that the vegetables from Linyuan Road Market are low in the residue of organophosphorous pesticide so that the food security risk is relatively low.
