摘要
体悟是我国传统文化中的一个重要思想,是我国古代思想家和学者读书明理的重要方法。体悟是来源于个体实践的觉悟,它的根本在体验,它的旨归在觉悟,它的完成依赖于个体的自发性、自觉性与自制性。高校"体悟式"德育是以促进道德体悟为基本理念,结合当前大学德育的现有条件,提出的一种具有实效性的德育实施方案,是对治当前大学德育教条化、形式化的有效举措。"体悟式"德育的原理为:由虚静恢复心灵的纯净;由立志形成坚定的信仰;由亲师在熏陶中提升境界;由磨炼在行动中塑造人格。"体悟式"德育的实施策略包括:营造宁静怡人的校园环境;推广逐级递进的经典阅读;建设德才兼备的教师队伍;开展形式多样的实践活动。
Apprehension,an important idea in traditional Chinese culture,is a means of ancient Chinese thinkers and scholars to gain insights when learning.The idea,arising out of individual practice and based on experiences,aims at consciousness but depends on individual spontaneity,awareness and self-control.Compared with present dogmatic and formalized moral education,the apprehension-based instruction is an effective program aiming to promote one's moral apprehension while taking existing conditions of current moral education in universities into consideration.The basis principles are restoring metal purity via peace,building a belief through determination,improving spiritual insight with teachers'aids and shaping personality in action by way of discipline.To implement the program,the following strategies may be necessary such as building a peaceful campus,promoting step-by-step reading of classics,recruiting teachers with both high morality and professional competence and offering diversified practical activities.
