论高校辅导员自我“心”教育

On Self-education of University Counselors

辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员应当努力成为学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友。辅导员要想扮演好这一角色,发挥好辅导员育人功能,需要从"初心、人心、耐心、信心、良心"等方面进行自我"心"教育,从而深刻理解辅导员的角色定位、工作主线、工作难点、职业理想与工作底线。

As the backbone of ideological and political education for university students as well as the organizer,executor and instructor of their daily education and management,a university counselor should try to make himself or herself a life instructor and a close friend of their students.To play such a role,a counselor should be subject to a self-education on original intention,humanism,patience,confidence and consciousness so as to understand their own orientation,major tasks and difficulties of their practice,professional ideals and bottom line.
