摘要
高校是为社会培养人才和输送人才的地方,而高校课堂教学是培养人才的主渠道,关乎人才的质量。在高校课堂教学中引入角色互换教学法,将师生的角色进行互换,注重学生在课堂教学中的主体作用,能够建立起一种新型的师生关系,有助于激发学生的潜能,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生的综合素质和能力,培养出满足社会需求的优秀人才。
It is known to all that universities are the source of talents for the whole society,and classroom teaching is a crucial factor in talent cultivation.To offer excellent talents to meet social demands,a new type of teacher-student relationship is to be established to motivate students'potential,make them more active in learning and improve their comprehensive qualities and capabilities if an role-interchange pedagogy is introduced into university classroom to give full play to students'initiative.
