摘要
基于对中国2005—2014年省际面板数据的回归分析发现,高速公路建设对农民收入有显著的正向影响,高速公路基础设施对农村居民家庭人均纯收入的弹性系数在0.277~0.329之间,并且本研究结果具有较强的稳健性。高速公路作为国民经济的基础行业和先行产业,在总量上仍要继续加大投入,同时,要加强西部地区的高速公路建设,进一步完善西部地区的高速公路网络体系,促进我国高速公路基础设施均衡发展,缩小区域经济发展差距。
The regression analysis of inter-provincial panel data from 2005 to 2014 in China reveals that the construction of expressway has a significant positive effect on rural residents’income.The expressway infrastructure makes per capita net income elasticity coefficient of mral households range between 0.277 and 0.329.The research results have greater robustness.As expressway is a basic and leading industry in national economy,it's necessary to increase the input constantly.Meanwhile,it’s important to strengthen the expressway construction and further improve the expressway network system in the western region to achieve the balanced development of nationwide expressway infrastructure and narrow the gap in regional economy.
