摘要 针对引进型大型发电机定子绕组端部振动超标问题,提出一种基于温度场变化的定子绕组端部振动主动调频控制方法。采用两端固定-铰支直梁,研究温度场变化对结构固有频率的影响机制。据此设计试验方案,结果表明,通过调整定子冷却水、冷氢温度,达到定子绕组端部固有频率远离电磁激振频率的目的,避开了共振区,从而有效地降低了定子绕组端部的振动。最后,开发了基于温度场热应力主动调频控制逻辑模块,为控制汽轮发电机定子绕组端部的振动提供一种新方法。 Aiming at the problem of excessive vibration of the stator end winding of the imported large turbo-generators,an active frequency modulation control method of the stator end winding vibration based on the change of temperature field was proposed.Taking the fixed-hinged straight beam as an example,the influence mechanism of temperature field on natural frequency of structure was studied,and a test plan was designed.The results show that by adjusting the temperature of the stator cooling water and cold hydrogen,the natural frequency of the stator end winding is far away from the electromagnetic excitation frequency and the resonance region is avoided,thereby effectively reducing the vibration of the stator end winding.Finally,the active frequency modulation control logic module based on temperature field thermal stress was developed,which provides a new method for controlling the vibration of the stator end winding of turbo-generator.
