摘要 随着房地产市场供求关系的逐渐转变以及行业竞争的加剧,对房地产企业而言竞争战略的管理显得尤为重要。兰州亚太实业集团是以建筑施工为基础,以房地产开发为龙头的业务,实力雄厚的大型集团企业。利用SWOT分析法,分析兰州亚太实业集团在市场竞争过程中的内部优势与劣势,外部的机会与威胁,最后提出提升兰州亚太集团市场竞争力的对策,以更好地促进兰州亚太集团的可持续发展。 With the gradual change of the supply and demand of the real estate market and the intensification of the competition in the industry,the management of the competitive strategy is particularly important for the real estate enterprises.Lanzhou Asia Pacific Industrial Group is a large and powerful group based on the construction as the basic business and the real estate development as the leading business.In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Lanzhou Asia Pacific Industrial Group in the process of market competition.Finally,the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Lanzhou Asia Pacific Group are put forward,so as to better promote the sustainable development of the company.
