浅谈兰州新区实施华夏文明传承创新区建设的重要性

兰州新区是国家级第五个新区,是丝绸之路经济带上一颗璀璨的明珠,是丝路沿线国家地区、大西北、全省关注的焦点和热点,全省经济、社会、文化、政治、生态文明和党的建设等创新发展的核心所在,甘肃要践行"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的五大发展理念,在兰州新区开发建设中抓紧实施华夏文明传承创新区建设显得尤为重要和紧迫。它是我省产业转型升级,承接产业转移的客观需要;是全省加强民族团结,社会繁荣和谐的长远需要;是文化大省迈向文化强省的现实需要;是彰显丝绸之路建设精神实质的内在需要。

“The silk road was3000miles long and the Chinese civilization was8000years old”--Which is a vivid portrayal of Gansu’s history and culture.It is also the best interpretation of the historical and cultural status and cultural characteristics of Gansu.Lanzhou new district is the fifth new area of the national level.It is a bright pearl of the silk road economic belt.It is the focus and hot spot of the countries along the silk road,the northwest and the whole province.It is the core of innovation and development of economy,society,culture,politics,ecological civilization and party construction.If Gansu wants to carry out the five development concepts of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”,it is particularly important and urgent to build up the Chinese civilization inheritance innovation zone in Lanzhou new district.It is the industrial transformation and upgrading of the whole province,to undertake the objective needs of industrial transfer.It is an objective need for the transformation and upgrading of the industry and undertaking industrial transfer in the whole province.It is a long-term need for the whole province to strengthen national unity and social prosperity and harmony.It is a realistic need for a big cultural province to move towards a strong cultural province,and it is an inherent need to highlight the spiritual essence of the silk road construction.
