随机抽样驻藏某部海拔3815 m官兵健康情况分析

A random sampling analysis of the health situation of the 3 815 m soldiers in Tibet

目的分析海拔3 815 m驻藏某部官兵健康情况。方法对驻藏某部随机抽取90名官兵心率、血压、经皮氧饱和度、既往史、进藏时间进行统计学分析。结果入组本研究的官兵年龄18~43岁,平均24.73岁,中位年龄22岁,平均进藏时间67.37个月,中位进藏时间24个月,进藏时间与经皮氧饱和度及舒张压相关,进藏时间越长,其经皮氧饱和度越高,其舒张压也越高,进藏时间虽然与心率无相关性,但有相关趋势。心率与吸烟、饮酒、舒张压均相关,即有吸烟及饮酒史的,其心率越快,而心率越快,其舒张压越高。结论随着进藏时间的延长,官兵的经皮氧饱和度、心率及舒张压均会呈上升的趋势,可以提高官兵的耐氧能量,但长期持续心率快、收缩压高的状态,使官兵的循环系统可能存在健康问题。

Objective To analyze the health status of soldiers of3815m Tibet.Methods The heart rate,blood pressure,percutaneous oxygen saturation,past history and time of accumulation of random sampling of90soldiers were analyzed statistically.Results The group of soidiers aged18to43of this study,with an average age of24.73years,the median age of22,Tibet time67.37months on average,the median time to Tibet24months,the Tibet time associated with percutaneous oxygen saturation and diastolic blood pressure,the longer the transcutaneous oxygen saturation is higher,the diastolic pressure is higher,the Tibet time although no correlation with heart rate,but the relevant trends,the longer duration of Tibet,the faster the heart rate.Heart rate is correlated with smoking,drinking and diastolic blood pressure.The faster the heart rate in the history of smoking and drinking.The faster the heart rate and the higher the diastolic blood pressure.Conclusion As Tibet,the extension of time,the soldiers of transcutaneous oxygen saturation,heart rate and diastolic blood pressure will be on the rise trend,can improve the resistance to oxygen energy of soldiers,but the fast heart rate and systolic blood pressure for a long time high status,health problems may occur in the circulation system for soldiers.
