产业共性技术创新研究述评

Research of Industrial Generic Technology Innovation

学术界对产业共性技术创新的研究取得了一定的成果,主要表现在从多角度界定了产业共性技术创新的内涵,从多层面分析了产业共性技术创新的制约因素,特别是从动力机制、保障机制、扩散机制和协同机制四个方面研究了产业共性技术创新的运行机制。但现有研究在产业共性技术创新内涵方面忽视了产业共性技术创新的过程性,因此在制约因素和运行机制中没有根据产业共性技术创新的过程性展开分析。在未来的研究中要注意产业共性技术创新的过程性与系统性相结合,加强产业共性技术创新协同的研究。

Nowadays,the academic circles have made certain achievements on the research of industrial generic technology innovation,like defining its connotation from multiple perspectives,analyzing the new restrictive factors from multiple levels,and researching the operation mechanism from four aspects of dynamic,security,diffusion and synergy mechanisms.However,the existing research on the connotation of industrial generic technology innovation neglects the procedure analysis.Therefore,the analyses on its limiting factors and operation mechanism have not been conducted in accordance with the process of industrial generic technology innovation.In future research,more attention should be paid to the combination of procedural and systematic analysis,and to the enhancement of the coordination of industrial generic technology innovation.
