血清钙镁与急性脑出血病情及预后的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清钙(Ca^(2+))和镁(Mg^(2+))浓度与急性脑出血患者的病情轻重和远期预后的相关性。方法:选择我院首次发病的急性脑出血患者96例,入院24 h检测血清Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)浓度,依据入院时神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)分为轻度组、中度组、重度组,对患者进行90 d随访,采用改良Rankin量表(mRS)评价患者远期预后,并将预后分为预后良好组和预后不佳组,分析比较组间指标差异。结果:轻度组、中度组的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)水平均显著高于重度组,轻度组又显著高于中度组(均P<0.05);预后良好组Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)水平显著高于预后不佳组(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)水平与NIHSS评分和mRS评分均呈显著负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:急性脑出血患者血清Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)含量与病情严重程度和远期预后均呈负相关,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)可能作为评估病情和预测患者预后的临床指标。 Objective:To investigate whether serum calcium and magnesium levels are associated with disease severity and long-term prognosis in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:96 patients with the first onset of acute cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled,and their serum calcium and magnesium levels were detected within 24 hours of admission.According to the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)on admission they were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups.All patients were followed up for 3 months.The modified Rankin scale(mRS)was used to evaluate the long-term prognosis of patients;according to mRS score,they were divided into good and poor prognosis groups.The differences of serum calcium and magnesium levels were analyzed and compared between groups.Results:The levels of Ca2+and Mg2+in the mild and moderate group were higher than those in the severe group,and the mild group showed significantly higher levels of Ca2+and Mg2+than the moderate group(P<0.05).The levels of Ca2+and Mg2+in the good prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the poor prognosis group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis demonstrated that the levels of Ca2+and Mg2+were negatively correlated with NIHSS score and mRS score(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum calcium and magnesium levels are negatively correlated with disease severity and long-term prognosis in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Ca2+and Mg2+may be used as indicators to evaluate their disease severity and predict long-term prognosis.
