短密木霉、咪唑乙烟酸和种植大豆对土壤真菌多样性及农药残留的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用平板稀释法分离试验土壤真菌,对土壤真菌数量、种类进行分析,采用高效液相色谱法检测土壤农药含量,对土壤中的农药残留进行分析。结果表明:加入短密木霉(Trichoderma brevicompactum)后,短密木霉对其他真菌具有抑制作用,与对照组相比,土壤真菌数量、种类差异显著。单独种植大豆(Glycine max)后,土壤真菌的数量、种类变化不明显。咪唑乙烟酸质量分数对土壤真菌数量、种类有显著的影响。短密木霉、大豆、咪唑乙烟酸三者互作试验组与对照组差异显著。土壤中的咪唑乙烟酸质量分数随着处理时间的增加都逐渐的减少,10~20d降解效率最高。短密木霉、大豆和咪唑乙烟酸都会影响咪唑乙烟酸的降解。 The fungi in the soil were isolated by plate dilution method,the quantity and species of fungi was analyzed in the soil,and pesticide content was tested in the soil content by high performance liquid chromatography,and the pesticide content in the soil.The results show that it is an inhibitory effect on the other fungi in the soil,there was a significant difference in the quantity and species of fungi in the soil from the control group by adding T.brevicompactum.After planting soybean alone,the quantity and species of fungi in the soil did not change obviously.The quantity and species of soil fungi were significantly affected by the content of imazethapyr.T.brevicompactum soybean and imazethapyr interaction groups were significantly different from the control group.As time goes on,the content of imazethapyr in the soil was gradually decreased,and the degradation efficiency was highest in 10-20d.T.brevicompactum,soybean and imazethapyr contents all affect the degradation of imazethapyr.
