摘要
【目的】明确长枝木霉T6水分散粒剂对黄瓜白粉病、黄瓜立枯病和油菜根腐病的生防效果.【方法】通过人工接种盆栽试验比较分析长枝木霉T6水分散粒剂对3种病害的防治效果.【结果】盆栽试验表明长枝木霉T6水分散粒剂对黄瓜白粉病、黄瓜立枯病和油菜根腐病具有良好的生防效果,其相对防治效果分别达到53.8%,54.8%和43.1%,与化学农药多菌灵相比,相对防治效果分别提高了26.7%,14.8%和10.7%;与培养基质相比,其促生效果分别提高了39.8%,36.9%和21.7%.【结论】长枝木霉T6水分散粒剂对黄瓜白粉病、黄瓜立枯病和油菜根腐病具有良好的生物防治效果,并可显著促进寄主植物生长.
【Objective】To compare the biological control efficiencies of T.longibrachiatum T6water dispersible granules against the cucumber powdery mildew,cucumber blight and root rot of oilseed rape.【Method】A comparative of the biological control efficiency was conducted by artificial inoculation pot experiment.【Result】The water dispersible granules showed significantly control efficiencies against the cucumber powdery mildew,cucumber blight and root rot of oilseed rape,the relative control efficiency reached53.8%,54.8%and43.1%,Compared with chemical fungicide carbendazim,the relative control effect of the water dispersible granules increased by26.7%,14.8%and10.7%.Compared with the culture medium,the growth promoting effect increased by39.8%,36.8%and21.7%.【Conclusion】T.longibrachiatum T6water dispersible granules show better biological control effect against the cucumber powdery mildew,cucumber blight and root rot of oilseed rape,and can significantly promote the growth of host plant.
