摘要
【目的】解决国内棉花打顶机械化程度低,棉花打顶仍主要以人工打顶和药物控制为主等问题,设计了具有接触式仿形装置、可以调节仿形板质量、可调节仿形板和打顶切割器位置关系的单体仿形棉花打顶机.【方法】对接触式仿形装置进行仿形原理分析和结构设计,运用Design-Expert 8.0软件采用中心组合设计试验,探究仿形板质量、仿形板与切割器水平距离、切割器最大行程对打顶机仿形效果的影响规律,对模型进行响应曲面分析并寻优.【结果】台架试验表明:当仿形板质量为66.00g,仿形板到切割器的水平距离为40.00cm,切割器最大行程为350.00mm时,仿形效果较好,拟合系数C=92.79%.【结论】参照台架试验优化数据制造样机,田间试验表明:打顶率可达88.64%,打顶效果最好.
【Objective】In order to solve the problem that the degree of mechanization of domestic cotton topping is low and the main topping way of cotton are also the artificial topping and drug control.In this paper,a single profiling cotton topping mechine was designed,which had a profiling device and could achieve the best profiling effect by adjusting the weight of the profile plate and adjusting the horizontal distance between profiling plate and cutter.【Method】The profiling principle is analysed and structural is designed of the contact-type profiling device.The center combination design experiment was carried out by using the design-Expert8.0software to explore the influence rule of the quality of the profiled plate,the horizontal distance between the profiling plate and the cutter,the maximum stroke of the cutter and the response surface of the model is analyzed and optimized.【Result】The experiment showed that:the weight of the plate is66.00g,the horizontal distance between profiling plate and cutter is40.00cm,the maximum stroke of hydraulic cylinder is350.00mm,the profiling effect is better,the fitting coefficient is C=92.79%.【Conclusion】According to the experiment result to produce the prototype,the field experiment show that:the topping rate can reach88.64%,the topping effect is the better.
