我国研究生培养质量问题、原因及对策研究

Research on the Problems in Graduate Cultivation Quality,the Causes and Countermeasures

研究生作为国家发展的重要储备人才具有十分重要的地位,研究生的培养也日渐成为政府及各高校所关心的现实问题。现阶段,我国研究生培养质量可以说并不尽如人意。通过分析研究生培养质量出现的问题及其产生的原因,提出一些现实可行的对策,希望能有助于我国改善现阶段研究生培养质量的现状。

Graduates as the reserve personnel for national development have an important position.The cultivation quality of graduates has increasingly concerned the government and universities.Currently,our cultivation quality of graduates is not satisfactory.This paper analyzes the problems in the graduate cultivation quality,tries to find out the causes and puts forward some practical countermeasures so as to improve the graduate cultivation quality at present in our country.
