翻转课堂教学模式的出现引起了众多学者关于课堂教学模式改革的探索。从目前我国高校大学生心理健康教育课程面临的困境出发,以翻转课堂的内涵和特征为切入点,与传统课堂进行对比,分析其在大学生心理健康教育课程中的优势,同时探讨翻转课堂教学模式为教师和学生带来的机遇和挑战。

The emergence of the flipped classroom teaching mode has led to many scholars exploration into the reform of classroom teaching mode.This article starts from the dilemma face by the current mental health education of college students in China,takes the connotation and features of the flipped classroom as the starting point,compares it with the traditional classroom,analyses the advantages of college students psychological health education course,and discusses the opportunities and challenges brought by the flipped classroom teaching mode for teachers and students.
