摘要
心理健康教育是思想政治教育的重要内容。高校辅导员参与心理健康课程的教学具有特殊的背景,一方面心理健康教育必修课的开设需要大量师资,另一方面高校辅导员的专业化水平已不断提高。辅导员参与心理健康课程建设具有沟通、实践和时间等诸多优势。基于此,主要探索高校辅导员心理健康课程教学方法的改革实践,包括课前制作原创微课、课中实施多维互动、课后实践深层体验三个方面。实践证明,高校辅导员参与心理健康课程建设是一个双赢的过程,他们更懂得尊重学生的主体地位。当然,这也以辅导员具备了较高的专业技能为前提。
Mental health education is an important part of ideological and political education.College counselors who take part in the mental health curriculum teaching have a special background.For one thing,the compulsory course of mental health education needs a tremendous number of teachers;for another,the professional level of college counselors has improved.Counselors have many advantages when participating in the construction of mental health curriculum,such as communication,practice and time.This paper mainly explores the reform practice of college counselors teaching methods of psychological health course from three aspects:making original micro classes before classes,using multi-dimensional interaction in class and experiencing deeply in after-school practice.Practice has proven that it is a win-win process for college counselors to participate in the construction of mental health courses.They know how to respect the dominant position of students,which is based on the higher professional skills of counselors.
