摘要 随着素质教育的发展,思想政治教育逐渐成为教育工作的重点,在多元文化大融合的背景下,思想政治教育产生了不同的格局。首先对多元化文化的形成与演变进行阐释,进而从主导性、主渠道、主阵地三方面分析多元文化大融合对中国高教思政教育的影响。进而从六个方面提出多元文化大融合下中国高教思政教育应用策略,以期使学生能够在多元文化冲击的大背景下分清学习的主次,并能够应用正确的学习方法,使思政教育在学生的成长过程中起到指导的作用。 With the development of quality education,ideological and political education has gradually become the focus of education work.Under the background of multi-cultural integration,ideological and political education has produced different patterns.This paper first explains the formation and evolution of diversified culture,analyzes the influence of multi-cultural integration on higher education ideological and political education from three aspects of leadership,main channel and main position and then proposes the application strategies of ideological and political education in the context of multi-cultural integration from six aspects in order to make the students distinguish the learning priority under the background of multi-cultural impact,and use the correct methods of learning,which enables ideological and political education to play a guiding role in the growth of students.
