摘要
通过对近期国家关于检验检测认证机构整合工作相关政策性文件的收集和整理,针对质检系统内各类检验检测认证机构的优势、劣势和发展现状,梳理出在机构整合背景下适合质检系统检验检测机构公益化、市场化、规模化、国际化的发展方向。
According to the recent national inspection on policy integration certification documents collection and sorting,the advantages and disadvantages and development status for all kinds of quality inspection system inspection and certification agencies,sorted out in institutions under the background of integration of development for quality inspection system inspection agency of public,market scale and internationalization.
