摘要
目的测定斑马鱼对烟雾水溶液的急性毒性。方法制备烟雾水溶液,实验组设置高剂量组和低剂量组,市售矿泉水为空白对照组,投放斑马鱼,观察其活动及死亡情况,并与小鼠急性毒性测定做比较。结果实验组斑马鱼5 min内出现游速变化、侧翻打转和死亡,对照组无明显变化;与烟雾水溶液对小鼠的急性毒性测定类似。结论斑马鱼急性毒性测定快而简洁,是教学中可替代小鼠的一种毒性实验动物模型。
Objective:To observe the acute toxicity reaction of zebrafish to cigarette smoke aqueous solution.Methods:The zebrafish were subgrouped to high dose and low dose group of aqueous solution of cigarette smoke and control group.The activities of the zebrafish were observed.The acute toxicity of mice was also observed.Results:The speed of the zebrafish changed,and some were rollover and dead in5minutes.The control group had no significant change.It was similar to the acute toxicity of mice.Conclusion:The acute toxicity of zebrafish is fast and concise.It shows that the zebrafish can be used as a kind of experimental animal in teaching in the substitution of the mice.
