流程再造在优化神经内科晨间护理中的价值

The value of clinical nursing after the reconstruction of the nursing process in the optimization of neurology morning care

目的探讨神经内科晨间护理流程再造后,实现客观、准确、安全地进行临床护理的方法和实用价值。方法针对传统晨间护理的时间重复、交接班内容不全面、护理治疗低效率,以及交接人员职责不明,床旁交接流于形式等不合理环节,本着严谨、科学的态度,对原有流程进行综合分析,将晨间护理时间、内容、职责等重新设计、实施并加以完善,观察流程再造前后整体护理质量的差异,旨在为患者提供连续、高效的护理服务。结果流程再造后交接班护士及患者满意度显著增加,晨间交接班时间显著缩短,晨间护理工作质量和效率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。为患者提供了良好的休息、诊疗环境。结论流程再造后护理人员可更好地观察和了解病情,晨间护理流程简捷高效,明显提高了护理服务质量和患者满意度,有利于优质护理顺利开展。

Objective:To explore the methods and practical value of clinical nursing after the reconstruction of the nursing process of neurology.Methods:In view of the traditional morning nursing time repetition,incomprehensive content in handover,low efficiency of care and treatment,as well as the transfer of unclear responsibility,the mere formality of handover by the bed and other unreasonable link,and in line with the of rigorous and scientific attitude,comprehensive analysis of the original process was done,the morning time,contents and duties were redesigned,implemented and improved,differences in the overall quality of care before and after the process reengineering were observed to provide continuous and effective nursing care for patients.Results:After the process reengineering was implemented,the nurses and patients'satisfaction increased significantly,the morning shift time significantly shortened,the morning nursing work quality and efficiency improved obviously,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).It provided a good rest and treatment environment for patients.Conclusion:Nursing staff of the process reengineering can help better observe and understand the illness,the morning nursing process becomes simple and efficient,and it also improves the nursing service quality and patients satisfaction,which is conducive to quality care.
