介绍了C7光伏发电系统用光伏线束组件的结构、工艺流程、主要性能。针对组件外观、水中漏电流及注塑前T型接头焊接处拉力这三个要求进行选材及工艺试制。

Production structure,manufacture process and main property requirements of photovoltaic harness used for C7photovoltaic power system are introduced in this article.Selection of material and trial-manufacture are made for three main property requirements including appearance of photovoltaic harness,wet leakage current and breaking force of splice.
