摘要
为提高开发老区调整井固井质量,开展了水泥浆候凝初期套管振动器提高固井质量技术研究。介绍了振动器系统配套及性能测试,套管振动器系统主要包括地面控制单元、传输电缆、电缆接头和振动器等。配套完成后经室内联调测试表明,地面控制单元输出电压可随工作电流变化自动调节,整套系统实现了远程(5 000m)变频控制,同时满足大电流(额定电流2A)、高电压(AC1 140V)等技术指标,达到了现场应用条件。
To improve the cementing quality of the adjustment well in the old liberated areas,tech-nical research on improving cementing quality by casing vibrator in the early stage of cement slur-ry solidification is carried out,this article focuses on the vibrator system matching and perform-ance testing.The casing vibrator system mainly consists of ground control unit,transmission ca-ble,cable joint and vibrator etc.After complete matching,the laboratory experiments show that the output voltage of the ground control unit varies automatically with current changes,the cas-ing vibrator system has the ability of remote(5000m)frequency conversion control,meets the high current(2A rated current),high voltage(AC1140V)and other technical qualification,so it reaches the field application condition.
