摘要
封隔器是水平井裸眼分段压裂完井管串中的关键部件,其性能好坏决定压裂施工的成败。研制了Ф114型高性能压缩式裸眼封隔器。对防突机构及整机密封性能进行了室内试验评价,在井径不大于170mm时,可密封环空70 MPa。现场应用表明:所设计的封隔器具有结构简单紧凑、密封可靠、承压高、适应井径范围广等特点,满足了水平井裸眼分段压裂施工的要求。
The packer is the key component of the completion string in horizontal open hole staged fracturing.Its performance will determine whether fracturing construction is successful.There-fore?0114high performance open hole packer was developed.Evaluate the performance of the anti-extrusion mechanism and open hole packer,the result showed that70MPa can be sealed in open hole less than170mm.The field application showed that the packer was characterized by simple and compact structure,reliable sealing,high pressure-bearing capacity and adapted to widely well diameters.It can satisfy the construction requirement of horizontal open hole staged fracturing.
