深水水下井口头系统紧锁机构分析 被引量:2

摘要 锁紧机构作为连接高低压井口头的重要部件,决定了深水井口头系统在多种外载条件下工作的稳定性和可靠性,对深水油气田作业安全至关重要。介绍了国内外几种典型水下高低压井口头系统及锁紧机构类型,对比分析了不同类型水下高低压井口头系统采用的锁紧机构及其锁紧原理和特点,并对Dril-Quip公司SS-15型井口头系统采用有限元进行了力学分析。结论表明,采取较大预紧力的锁紧机构,可以有效地提高低压水下井口头系统的抗疲劳能力。对深水作业时选择高低压井口头具有一定的指导意义。 Locking mechanism as an important component connection high and low wellhead,it determines the stability and reliability of the Deepwater wellhead system in a variety of load conditions outside work,it is essential for the safe operation Deepwater fields.By introducing the domestic and foreign several typical underwater high and low wellhead system and the type of loc-king mechanism,Comparative analysis the type of locking mechanism of different types of under-water wellhead system,and locking principles and characteristics,and Dril-Quip Company SS-15type wellhead systems using finite element mechanical analysis.Conclusions show that taking large preload can effectively improve the fatigue resistance of wellhead systems,which is to select underwater high and low wellhead system have some significance and value.
