对石羊河流域水资源可持续利用的几点思考

Observations on sustainable water resources utilization in Shiyang River Basin

随着石羊河流域重点治理近期目标的实现及后续工程的全面快速推进,原有的水资源配置与管理模式已不能满足经济社会发展的要求。主要针对石羊河流域区域水资源现状、供需水情况及水资源管理方面存在的问题进行了调查分析,根据经济社会发展规划和生态安全要求,对进一步强化流域水资源管理与水资源可持续利用提出了对策建议。

Along with the completion of recent tasks for improvement of Shiyang River Basin and acceleration of thefollow-up projects,it is found that the existed models of water allocation and management cannot meet therequirements of economic and social development.Therefore,examinations are conducted regarding current situation ofwater resources,water demand and supply condition and problems in water resources management.Recommendationsfor further strengthening water resources management and sustainable water resources utilization are proposed inaccordance with the guidelines in economic and social development programs and needs of ensuring ecological safety.
