石狮市内沟河水体治理和水生态修复实践

Ecological restoration and recovery of water bodies of Neigou River in Shishi City

对福建省石狮市内沟河水体黑臭原因进行分析,即生活污水直排或溢流污染、初期雨水污染、生活垃圾污染、分散式畜禽养殖废水污染、内沟河底泥污染、跨境水体污染等;介绍了石狮市内沟河水体治理所采取的水系项目综合治理建设、径流污染控制、完善污水处理设施等一系列措施,以及水生态修复物理、化学、生物—生态方面的做法,并总结取得的经验和成果,以供其他城市建设者和管理者参考借鉴。

Through analysis on the pollution causes of black and odorous water bodies in the Neigou River,i.e.directdischarge of sewage or overflow pollution,early-stage rainfall pollution,domestic wastes,wastewater from decentralizedlivestock farming,bottom mud and transboundary river pollution,the comprehensive measures for water systemtreatment of Shishi City in Fujian Province are introduced.Their experiences of pollution control are summarized,including a series of measures of runoff pollution control and improvement of sewage treatment facilities,as well asecological restoration by physical,chemical,biological and ecological measures.It can be a valuable reference to other cities and management authorities.
