摘要
针对近年上海涝灾的特点,对造成涝灾的台风、暴雨、潮位及其组合遭遇的气象特征进行了分析,总结了涝水成灾的主要原因,并提出了上海洪涝灾害防治的措施与对策。
According to the characteristics of waterlogging in Shanghai Municipality in recent years,the meteorologicalcharacteristics of waterlogging caused by typhoon,rainstorm,tide and their combination are analyzed.Then,the mainreasons of waterlogging disaster are summarized,and some countermeasures for the flood control are put forward.
