补中益气汤联合右佐匹克隆片治疗脾胃气虚型不寐症

Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets in the treatment of insomnia with Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach

目的分析补中益气汤联合右佐匹克隆片治疗脾胃气虚型不寐症的效果。方法在收治的脾胃气虚型不寐症患者中,随机抽取实施右佐匹克隆片疗法患者40例作为对照组,实施补中益气汤联合右佐匹克隆片疗法患者40例作为观察组,统计2组治疗后的结果。结果观察组患者疾病控制率为97.50%,对照组患者疾病控制率为80.00%(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者的睡眠质量评分对比差异无统计学意义;干预后,2组患者的睡眠质量评分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者的生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义;干预后,2组患者的生活质量评分显著提高(P<0.05);观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予脾胃气虚型不寐症患者补中益气汤联合右佐匹克隆片疗法能增加睡眠时间,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets in the treatment of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach insomnia.Methods Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach insomnia patients were randomly selected,40patients with Dexzopiclone Tablets therapy as the control group,40patients with Buzhongyiqi Decoction assisted Dexzopiclone Tablets therapy as the observation group.After treatment,the results of the2group were satistically compared.Results The disease control rate of the observation group was97.50%,and that of the control group was80.00%(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the2groups.After the intervention,the sleep quality scores of the2groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the2groups,but after the intervention,the quality of life scores of the2groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets in the treatment of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach can increase the sleep time,improve the quality of life.
