外源消化酶对断奶羔羊营养物质消化代谢的影响 被引量:2

The effect of exogenous digestive enzyme on digestion and metabolism of nutrients in weaned lambs

摘要 本试验旨在探讨在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加不同外源酶对断奶羔羊血液生化指标和营养物质消化率的影响。试验选择25只2月龄断奶羔羊(12 kg)随机分为5个处理组(Ⅰ组:对照组,基础日粮;Ⅱ组:基础日粮+纤维素酶+淀粉酶+蛋白酶;Ⅲ组:基础日粮+淀粉酶;Ⅳ组:基础日粮+蛋白酶;Ⅴ组:基础日粮+纤维素酶),每个处理组5只羊,研究添加不同种类的外源消化酶对断奶羔羊血液生化指标以及营养物质消化率的影响。试验结果表明:试验Ⅱ组谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶的平均值比对照组提高36.8%、2.8%、12.4%、71.1%、16.8%、8.5%。与对照组相比,白蛋白的含量有增高的趋势,外源消化酶对谷丙转氨酶、球蛋白、葡萄糖的含量影响较小。试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组羔羊采食量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅳ组羔羊采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组NDF消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组ADF消化率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,添加外源酶制剂影响了羔羊的采食量;淀粉酶显著或极显著降低NDF、ADF消化率;纤维素酶+淀粉酶+蛋白酶混合会极显著地降低NDF消化率。断奶羔羊日粮中添加外源消化酶对其血液生化指标和营养物质消化率并无显著效果。添加复合酶制剂对血液生化指标造成一定的影响。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different exogenous enzymes on theblood biochemical indexes and nutrient digestibility of weaned lambs in corn soybean meal diets.25weanedlamb aged2months were randomly divided into5groups(Group I:controlgroup,basaldiet;groupII:basaldiet+cellulase+amylase+protease;group III院basal diet+amylase;group IV院basal diet+protease;group V院basal diet+cellulase),each group of5shee.The results showed that the average value of the experimental group域aspartateaminotransferase,total protein,urea nitrogen and creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase was higher thanthat of control group.Compared with the control group,the content of albumin increased,and the exogenous digestiveenzyme had little influence on the content of alanine aminotransferase,globulin and glucose.The feed intakeof the lambs in group I I,group芋and group V were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);The intake of lambs in test group IV was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);Thedigestibilities of NDF in group II and group芋were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The digestibilities of ADF in experimental group芋were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).In conclusion,Under the condition of this experiment,the addition of exogenous enzyme affected the intakeof lamb;Amylase significantly or significantly decreased the digestibility of NDF and ADF;Cellulase+amylase+protease mixed significantly reduced NDF digestibility;The addition of exogenous digestive enzymes to thediets of weaned lambs showed no significant effect on their blood biochemical parameters and nutrient digestibility.Adding compound enzyme preparation has certain influence on blood biochemical indexes.
