摘要
为实现车用质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)系统稳定可靠的运行,本文针对PEMFC的动态特性,结合PEMFC机理模型和辨识模型的建模原理,基于流体力学、热力学、传质学、电化学等理论,综合考虑整车电压输出、空气供应和增湿等相关子系统,建立了车用PEMFC系统混合动态模型。该模型既改善了系统机理模型复杂和参数冗多的问题,又解决了辨识模型实验数据量大、成本高的缺点。该研究具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to realize the stable and reliable operation of the vehicle proton exchange membrane fuel cell system,this paper aims at the dynamic characteristics of PEMFC and the modeling principle of PEMFC mechanism model and identification model.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics,thermodynamics,mass transfer and electrochemistry,the relevant subsystems such as voltage output,air supply and humidification of the whole vehicle are comprehensively considered.A hybrid dynamic model of PEMFC system was established.This model improves the problem of complex and parametric redundancy of system mechanism model,and solves the disadvantages of large quantity and high cost.The research has some practical application value.
