摘要
通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制得聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸–己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)共混物。系统研究了PBAT对PC/PBAT共混物热性能、流动性、力学性能及3D打印性能的影响。结果表明,PC与PBAT为热力学相容体系,PBAT的加入能够有效地降低PC/PBAT共混物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)并提高共混物的流动性,相比于纯PC的Tg,PBAT质量分数为20%的PC/PBAT共混物的Tg降低57℃,熔体流动速率提高到2.25 g/(10 min);此外,PBAT的加入使得共混物的断裂强度及断裂伸长率降低,但拉伸弹性模量有所提高。采用熔融沉积成型桌面3D打印机考察了PC/PBAT共混物的打印性能,结果显示,PBAT的加入能够有效地克服PC的打印翘曲问题,PBAT质量分数为20%时,PC/PBAT共混物的综合打印性能最好,即打印的长方体样品的曲率低,仅为0.42 m-1,且打印复杂制件时不存在褶皱现象。
The polycarbonate(PC)/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)blends were prepared by melt blending with a twin screw extruder.The effects of PBAT on the thermal properties,melt flow properties and mechanical properties and3D printing performance of the blends were systematically investigated.The results show that the PC/PBAT blend is well thermodynamic compatibility system,and the incorporation of PBAT can effectively improve the melt flowability of the blend and decrease the glass-transition temperature(Tg)of the blend.The blend with PBAT mass fraction of20%shows a decrease in Tg about57℃and an increase of melt flow rate to2.25g/(10min),compared to Tg of the pure PC.In addition,the addition of PBAT can decrease the fracture strength and the elongation at break of the blend,increase the tensile modulus of elasticity.3D printing properties of the blends were further tested by FDM desktop-level3D printer.The addition of PBAT can effectively overcome the problem of printing warpage of PC.The PC/PBAT blend with20%in mass fraction of PBAT possesses the best comprehensive printing performance,which can print rectangular sample with low curvature to0.42m-1and print complex part without crease.
