咖啡流量计电磁阀外壳用GF增强阻燃PET的研制 被引量:2

摘要 介绍使用单一或多元复配阻燃剂对30%玻璃纤维(GF)增强阻燃聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)工程塑料阻燃性能影响的实验,最终制得一种具备高灼热丝引燃温度的30%GF增强阻燃PET。研究结果表明,采用四元复配阻燃剂可大大提高30%GF增强阻燃PET的阻燃效率和灼热丝引燃温度,同时对其力学性能的影响较小。阻燃剂和增韧剂的最佳用量分别为:溴化环氧树脂(BEO)为16份,三氧化二锑为4份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)为10份,双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)(BDP)为5份,增韧剂(ST–2000)为5份,在此条件下制备的30%GF增强阻燃PET的综合性能最佳,其灼热丝引燃温度(GWIT)为775℃,灼热丝可燃性指数(GWFI)达到960℃。研制的30%GF增强阻燃PET达到UL94 V–0级并满足IEC 60335–1–2012中750℃灼热丝接触测试材料30 s内不着火的阻燃安全要求,已成功应用于咖啡流量计电磁阀外壳塑料件的制备。 An experiment on the effects of single or multi-component flame retardant on the flame retardant properties of30%glass fiber(GF)reinforced flame retardant poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)engineering plastic was introduced.Finally,High glow wire ignition temperature of30%GF flame retardant PET was prepared.The results show that the flame retardancy efficiency and the glow wire ignition temperature(GWIT)of30%GF reinforced flame retardant PET can greatly be improved by adding four-component flame retardant.Meanwhile,its mechanical properties are less affected.The best contents of flame retardants and toughening agent are:brominated epoxy resin(BEO)is16phr,Sb2O3is4phr,melamine cyanurate(MCA)is10phr,bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate)(BDP)is5phr,toughening agent(ST–2000)is5phr.Under these conditions,the comprehensive performance of the30%GF reinforced flame retardant PET is the best.The GWIT of PET is775℃,and the glow wire flammability index(GWFI)of PET is960℃.The30%GF reinforced flame retardant PET can meet the flame retardant safety requirements of UL94V–0and the non ignition at750℃glow wire contact test materials within30s in IEC60335–1–2012.has been successfully applied to coffee flow preparation of solenoid valve housing plastic parts.It has been successfully applied to the preparation of the plastic parts of the housing of the solenoid valve of the coffee flowmeter.
