摘要
针对某检测仪手柄双色注塑的需要,设计了一种动模平行移动式热流道双色注塑模具,模具型腔布局采用两型芯与三型腔相配合的布局方式,即通过两个并列式型芯的移动实现与三个并列式型腔中的相邻两个进行组合,不断变换型腔进行注塑达到双色注塑的目的;为配合模具的注塑需要,在传统的单炮筒卧式注塑机结构基础上加装了立式注塑炮筒,改造成两个炮筒相互垂直的新型注塑机,注塑机的改造成本较低,具备单色、双色注塑功能,有较强的创新性和实际应用价值;相比于传统的旋转式双色注塑成型方法,该双色成型方法节省了一副模具的设计制造成本,模具结构新颖,创新性强,工程应用价值高。
Aiming at the needs of a double color injection for the detector handle,the parallel moving hot runner double color injection mould was designed.The layout of mould cavity was composed of two cores and three cavities,that is,the combination of two parallel cores and two adjacent cavities in three parallel cavities was realized through the movement of the two parallel cores,the purpose of double color injection moulding was achieved by constantly changing the cavity for injection moulding.To meet the injection moulding requirements of the mould,the vertical injection moulding barrel was installed in the traditional single barrel horizontal injection moulding machine,a new injection moulding machine was obtained with two mutually perpendicular barrels.The injection moulding machine has the low transformation cost and the monochrome and double color injection moulding function.It has strong innovation and practical application value.Compared to the traditional rotating double color injection moulding method,this dual color moulding method saves the cost of the design and manufacture for a pair of moulds.The mould structure is novel,the innovation is strong,the engineering application value is high.
