摘要
结合咖啡壶盖产品的结构特点,设计了一模一腔热流道两板注塑模具,针对单侧面包紧力大难脱模的问题,设计了两次抽芯复合滑块脱模机构,机构采用大滑块体上套装小滑块体的结构方式,抽芯动作分两次进行,第一次抽芯由斜导柱驱动小滑块体完成,第二次抽芯由油缸驱动大滑块体完成。模具采用随形水路并增设冷却水井的方式进行冷却;顶出机构采用三种顶出构件进行联合顶出的结构方式。模具结构新颖,可为同类注塑模具的设计提供有益参考。
Based on the structural characteristics of the coffee pot cover product,a hot runner two-plate injection mold was designed with one mold and one cavity.Aimed at problem of great packaging force and difficult demoulding of one side,the secondary core pulling compound slider demoulding mechanism was designed.The mechanism adopts the form of small slide block on the large slide block,the movement of core pulling was carried out by two times,the first core pulling was completed by small slide block which was driven by an inclined guide column,and the second core pulling was completed by the large block which was driven by a hydro-cylinder.The mold was cooled by the way of the conformal cooling channel and the cooling water well.The ejector mechanism used three ejection components to eject the product together.The mold structure is novel,which could provide a useful reference for the design of the same kind of injection mold.
