摘要
水泥净浆早期热膨胀系数是变化的且具有规律性,而变化规律与其龄期存在着内在联系.通过10组水泥净浆热变形试验和凝结时间试验,对早期热膨胀系数的变化规律、等效龄期与其变化规律的相关性进行了研究和探讨.结果表明:凝结时间与水灰比有线性关系,等效龄期(终凝)是水泥净浆热膨胀系数出现最小值的时间位置.
The thermal expansion coefficient(TEC)of cement-paste at early age is variable regu-larly.The change rule has internal link with its age.In this paper,the change rule of TEC at early age was studied by 10 sets cement-paste of thermal deformation test and setting time test.The correlation between the equivalent age and its variation rule was discussed.The results show that the setting time is linear with the water-cement ratio,and the equivalent age(final setting)is the time when the minimum value of TEC of cement-paste appears.
