摘要
为了研究盾构施工对软土地层地表沉降及管片受力的影响,以无锡地铁2号线隧道穿越"软-流塑状淤泥质粉质黏土及粉砂地层"为工程案例,采用Peck法和有限元法进行计算分析,对盾构始发段施工的力学响应进行研究,准确分析了盾构施工对软土地层地表沉降及管片受力的影响.针对两条隧道由于施工顺序的不同,得出对地表沉降及管片受力均存在相互影响的结论,提出了软土地层地铁施工应先施工地质情况较差一侧的控制措施,为后续施工及类似工程提供帮助.
In order to study the surface settlement of shield construction in soft soil layer and stress,taking the influence of segment in Wuxi metro line 2 tunnels through the soft-flow model of muddy silty clay and silty sand stratum as the engineering case?adopting Peck calculation and the finite element method,the mechanical response of the initial period of construction is stud-ied?accurate analysis of the effects on the surface settlement of shield construction in soft soil layer and segment stress is carried out.It is concluded that due to the different construction se-quence the two tunnels of ground surface settlement and segment stress have mutual influence The paper proposes control measures that the poor geological side should be constructed first and provides help for similar engineering.
