摘要
自制一种可以埋置于混凝土内的护环电极装置,用于混凝土内钢筋腐蚀的长期监测.根据护环电极法基本原理,自制护环电极检测装置于混凝土中,使用GECOR 8钢筋腐蚀速度测定仪,与外置护环的检测结果进行对比,发现埋置式护环和外置护环测得的结果比较接近,表明埋置式护环电极装置可行性较好,可以作为一种埋入式检测装置进行使用.
This paper tries to make a kind of guard ring electrode device which can be embedded in corro-sion,to be used for long-term monitoring of steel corrosion in concrete.We made guard ring electrode de-vice built-in concrete based on the basic principle of guard ring electrode method.This test is to use the GECOR8steel corrosion rate meter host detection.Then we compare homemade built-in guard ring device test results and the outer guard ring test results.Result shows that the detection results of rebar corrosion rate is very close to that using homemade built-in guard ring and the outer guard ring,the electrode of homemade guard ring of good feasibility can be used as a built-detection device.
