习近平总书记提出的实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"这一重大战略目标,为高校基层党建工作开创新格局指明了方向,带来了新契机.学生党员是高校基层党建的新生力量,学生党员队伍建设对于加强高校基层党建工作具有重要作用.当前高校学生党员队伍建设面临着诸多困境和问题,从"中国梦"这一理论视角出发,深入探讨如何推进高校学生党员队伍建设工作具有重要意义.创新教育模式,发挥示范作用,依靠新媒体技术等举措能够有效提高学生党员队伍的整体素质,促进学生党员成长成才.

The major strategic goal proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping for realizing the"Chinese Dream"of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has pointed out the direction and brought new op-portunities for opening up a new pattern of the grassroots party-building work in colleges and universi-ties.The student party members are the new force of the grass-roots party building in colleges and uni-versities.The construction of the student party members plays an important role in strengthening the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities.At present,the construction of student party members in colleges and universities is facing many difficulties and problems.From the theoretical per-spective of"Chinese Dream",it is of great significance to discuss how to promote the construction of student party members in colleges and universities.Measures such as Innovating education model,pla-ying a demonstrative role,and relying on new media technologies and other initiatives can effectively im-prove the overall quality of student party members and promote the growth of student party members.
