体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石并发症原因分析及防治策略

Analysis and Prevention of Complications of Ureteral Lithiasis Treated by Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

目的探究分析体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石并发症原因及防治策略。方法选取本院收治的输尿管结石患者680例进行研究,对所有患者均实施体外冲击波碎石治疗,对患者术后出现的并发症进行观察处理,并分析患者并发症发生原因,并提出相对应的防治措施。结果采用体外冲击波碎石治疗的患者的术后并发症发生率为21.76%。结论在临床实施体外冲击波碎石治疗期间,要提高医院护理人员的专业素质,减少患者并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of complications in the treatment of ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and the prevention and treatment strategy.Methods680cases of ureteral calculi treated in our hospital were studied,and all patients were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The postoperative complications of the patients were observed and treated.The causes of the complications of the patients were analyzed and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures were put forward.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in all patients treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy was21.76%.Conclusion During the treatment of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,the professional quality of the hospital nurses should be improved and the incidence of patients'complications should be reduced.
