腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-a治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕的效果评价

Evaluation on Laparoscopic Surgery Combined With GnRH-a in Treatment of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst Combined With Infertility

目的评价腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-a治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕的效果。方法随机抽取90例我院自2014年6月—2015年7月收治的卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕患者,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=45)、治疗组(n=45),对照组应用腹腔镜手术治疗,治疗组应用腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-a治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗总有效率、妊娠率对比显示治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);血清性激素指标对比显示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕患者临床治疗中,应用腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-a治疗,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst with infertility.Methods90cases of ovarian chocolate cyst with infertility were randomly selected from June2014to July2015.The patients were divided into control group(n=45)and treatment group(n=45).The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a,and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results The total effective rate and pregnancy rate showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of serum hormone levels showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst with infertility patients using laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a treatment,the treatment effect is significant,the clinical value is high.
