胸腔镜手术治疗急性脓胸的疗效分析

Efficacy and Safety of Thoracoscopic Surgery for Acute Empyema

目的探讨胸腔镜手术治疗急性脓胸的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月—2017年2月在我院治疗的48例急性脓胸患者作为研究对象,以对照实验要求为依据,随机将其分为腔镜组和对照组,每组均设置24例研究对象。腔镜组患者采取胸腔镜脓胸清除术治疗,对照组患者采取传统胸腔引流术治疗。结果腔镜组患者的胸管留置时间、术后抗生素使用时间、总住院时间均比对照组短,再次置管率、转为慢性脓胸比例均低于对照组,以上各项指标的组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术治疗急性脓胸疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute empyema.Methods48patients with acute empyema who were treated in our hospital from February2015to February2017were selected as the study subjects.According to the control experimental requirements,they were randomly divided into two groups:endoscopic group and control group,each group was provided with24subjects.Patients in the observation group were treated with thoracoscopic empyema clearance,while patients in the control group were treated with traditional thoracic drainage.Results The indwelling time of thoracic duct,antibiotic use time and total hospitalization time in endoscopic group were significantly shorter than those in control group.The rate of recanalization and conversion to chronic empyema were lower than those in control group,there was statistical significance between the above indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of acute empyema
