语言治疗师指导下家庭语言干预对发育迟缓儿童的影响

Effect of Language Therapists on Family Language Interventions in Stunting Children

目的探讨语言治疗师指导下家庭语言干预对发育迟缓儿童的影响。方法以2015年6月—2016年6月我院收治的语言发育迟缓儿童60例作为研究对象,对比干预前后儿童的发育商情况。结果实施干预后儿童的语言发育商指标显著优于干预前(P<0.05),社会行为和适应能力的发育商情况也优于干预前(P<0.05),儿童语言发育商的显著提升表明明显的追赶效应。结论语言治疗师指导下家庭语言干预模式应用于发育迟缓儿童临床效果显著,可以有效提升儿童的语言能力和交流能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of language therapy in children with stunting under the guidance of therapists.Methods60children with language retardation admitted in our hospital from June2015to June2016were selected as research objects to compare the situation of children's development before and after intervention.Results The indicators of language development in children after intervention were significantly better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the development of social behaviors and adaptability was also better than that before intervention(P<0.05).The children's language development significantly improved obvious catch-up effect.Conclusion The application of family language intervention model under the guidance of speech therapists in clinical development of children with stunting is significant,which can effectively improve children's language skills and communication skills and is suitable for further promotion and application in the clinical field.
