α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变患者震动感觉阈值(VPT)的影响

Effect of Alpha Lipoic Acid Combined With Mecobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Patients With Vibration Perception Threshold(VPT)

目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗对震动感觉阈值(VPT)的影响。方法通过随机的分组方法将2013年2月—2017年2月在院治疗的100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分配到实验组和对照组,对照组50例患者采用甲钴胺进行治疗,实验组50例在对照组基础上采用α-硫辛酸进行治疗,对比两组治疗后丙二醛、血清中抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶水平与治疗后震动感觉阈值水平。结果实验组患者超氧化物歧化酶、血清中抗氧化能力水平高于对照组,丙二醛、震动感觉阈值(VPT)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者的VPT水平以及应激水平能够通过α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗得到明显改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of alpha lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with vibration perception threshold(VPT).Methods100patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from February2013to February2017were assigned to the experimental group and the control group by a random grouping method.The50patients in the control group were treated with mecobalamin,In the experimental group,50cases were treated with alpha lipoic acid on the basis of the control group.The antioxidation ability of malondialdehyde and serum,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the threshold of the sensation of vibration after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of superoxide dismutase and serum antioxidation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The level of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the threshold of vibration sensation(VPT)were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of VPT in patients with peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion The VPT level and stress level for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by alpha lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin can be obviously improved.
